(1) For the purpose of sub-section (6) of section 22 of the Act, the local body may form the following committee to make suggestions regarding waste management, consisting of the following members:-

(a) Regarding the location of the waste management site

Village Development Committee Chairman – Coordinator

(b) Waste management site

Vada Presidents – Members

(c) Waste management site And three representatives of the village development committee of the affected area of ​​the site - members (d) Garbage management site located in the affected area Head of Health Institution - Member

(e) Nominated by the local body from among the Social Union Organizations

in the affected area

Two members including at least one woman - Member< /p>

(f) in the field of solid waste management and environment

experienced person – member

(g) employee of the local body

designated by the local body – Member-Secretary

(2) If the waste management site belongs to more than one village development committee, the chairpersons of all such village development committees will be members and they will be the coordinators in turn every two years according to the alphabetical order of the village development committee.

p>(3) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall determine its own procedures related to its work.
